The way we work needs to change
The disruption of AI is inevitable and longevity is mere years away. I want to explore the path forward for this new world, so others can thrive and live in alignment to who they are.
The fitness industry's answer to corporate compression is to add more weight to a dysfunctional structure. It celebrates the high-energy burst and the 30-day challenge. I believe this approach is great in moderation but misses the underlying goal of building a deep connection with your body to move freely and geared for your lifestyle of choice.
I combined clinical Pilates with other movement philosophies to rebuild the physical structure, and NLP coaching to rewire the mind. Long Club was born from the realisation that true performance isn't about lifting heavier weights; it is about structural decompression, nervous system regulation, and detaching our identities from our output.
